- Come to our studio or open house to meet our staff
- Sign contract / pay deposit
- Start planning – we will work with your other vendors to ensure everyone runs off the same timeline and you can be a guest at your event, free to enjoy.
What's the first thing I need to book besides the venue?
- Venue / Caterer
- Entertainment
- Photographer
- Videographer
how far in advance should I be booking my entertainment / event production company?
- Book your event production / entertainment company at least 6-8 months before your event if you are on a weekday or Friday. For Saturday’s, we suggest booking 12 – 18 months prior to your event.
Where am I going to get the greatest Return on investment at my event?
- Creating an experience. More than ever, people want experiences. Ask us about the most OFF THE WALL event experience(s) we’ve ever had.
Do I need to hire an event planner, or will Utopia handle all of my planning needs?
- While we are very comprehensive and will help with planning and coordination of vendors / guests, if you are looking for help with your theme, invitations and decor, we suggest you work with one of our event planning partners.
What is your average cost?
- Depends! Our prices range depending on your specific needs, yet we have affordable options for all budget ranges.
- We offer special rates for nonprofits and schools.
